We offer hassle free exchanges, so if you are not 100% happy with your online purchase we are more than happy to exchange it for another product or give you a credit note lasting 12 months. All you will need to do is fill out this Exchange form with your contact details and the item that you wish to return to us here at Sporty’s Fitness.

Products may be returned for us for an exchange or a store credit if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, provided it is returned in accordance with the following conditions:

• The product is in brand new condition. This means it is unused, unworn, unwashed, odor free with all packaging and label attached.
• We receive your return within 2 weeks for purchase date.

Please note that Sporty’s Fitness does not cover postage costs associated with returning items to and from us.
